With 6,000 sq. ft. kitchen and 10,000 meals per day capacity, our Pune unit is well appointed with the latest technology equipment for food preparation.

The kitchen has isolated sections for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, thus preventing cross contamination. Moreover, there are separate areas for ingredient washing / cleaning, grinding, dicing / chopping, boiling and cooking. This streamlines the food preparation process, and enhances hygiene.

Our team consists of skilled professionals trained in modern culinary techniques and international best practices. Gloves and head caps are worn at all times and meticulous sanitization techniques are used. We have a dedicated Quality Control (QC) staff, and the food production areas are under 24x7 CCTV surveillance.

We emphasize on not only the quality and taste, but also the nutrition of each meal to provide a wholesome experience.
