The Company has a Core Karma Team supported by its volunteers & other family members who make every initiative & responsibility allocated to them a fruitful endeavour.

Through Jakson Karma, the Company’s endeavour is to be a respectful social entity, bringing about social upliftment to the under privileged, equality in status for women, growth & development of children of local schools & our own employees. Our reach extends to the environment as well, through green initiatives & methods of conserving energy.

Major Initiatives

Day Care Centre- Specially created to encourage local women who are on sabbaticals due to young children, to work & become economically independent. Our lady employees can bring their children to work whereby we will not only look after them but also give them base education & free tutorials.

Education- The Bhausaheb Daitankar Ashram Phaltan is a residential school and currently has 130 students ranging from classes I-VII . We have provided the school with a dining facility, safe drinking water, hot water & are continuously providing them with nutrition such as fruits & food & also hygiene kits. The IT & maintenance on electrical is being supported by Jakson Inns through regular visits. Our HOD’s are involved in teaching students from the adopted school, subjects like maths, English, IT, art & craft, Music & dance. The kids are brought to the hotel every forth nightly on designated dates for classes & snacks are also provided to them.

In house doctor- Visiting fort nightly providing free medical assistance to employees and their families free of cost.

LIFE- Learning, Innovation & Forward Education. A programme that involves recruitment of the girl child from social & economically backwards sections of society. The programme incorporates grooming the individual, providing on the job, cross departmental training & also providing them a free education, making them employable & economically independent.

Recruitment of the Specially Abled- Recruitment of handicapped/ deaf & dumb/ visually challenged & supporting their livelihoods. 5% of our employment mix is for the specially abled. These individuals also come from financially week backgrounds. We provide them with free accommodation & meal facilities. The objective is to give them equal status & illustrate to their families, that they can support not only their own & but also their family livelihood
