Our Hotels have initiated the following measures:
- All touch points in public areas like door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops, railings etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during housekeeping service.
- Hand sanitizers are in placed at all public spaces.
- Temperature readings of resident and non-resident guests and our team are taken at the entrance to the hotel/security gates
- A self declaration form has been made mandatory on check in which includes travel history wef 1st March 2020.
- The Hotel has the right to refuse guests who have travelled to high risk countries wef 1st March 2020
